Seasonal Subscription Terms:
Welcome to Serenity by Sereta, where self-care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health. We offer carefully curated seasonal subscription boxes designed with you in mind, by Serenity by Sereta. Please review these Serenity by Sereta Box Seasonal Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Seasonal Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Seasonal Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or unsubscribe by email.

By purchasing a Seasonal Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1. Seasonal Subscriptions: A “Seasonal” Subscriptions consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional seasonal Box sent out quarterly thereafter. If you sign up for a Seasonal Subscriptions, you will be immediately billed $59.99 plus shipping (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that season’s Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $59.99 plus shipping up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal box shipment date, and every season (so, four times a year) thereafter. Seasonal Subscriptions automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.
2. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. There is no obligation to continue the subscription. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at [email protected], indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the recharge date. Seasonal recharge dates are March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.
3. Seasonal Subscription Shipment & Returns: Each Box contains an assortment of products curated by the Serenity by Sereta Team. Some items in the seasonal subscription box may be made exclusively for you. Once a box has been shipped it may not be returned or refunded.
4. Gifts: Subscribers may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the contiguous United States). Additional Boxes may be purchased, subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company (generally, 10 Boxes) with a reoccurring seasonal subscription.
5. Shipping: Seasonal Subscription boxes are to be shipped via FedEx Ground shipping and are only offered to the contiguous United States. At this time, we can’t ship to PO Boxes or APO military mailboxes. Please keep your shipping address up to date at all times. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Seasonal shipments are as follows: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), Winter (December).
6. Data Transfers: We may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.

As a Serenity by Sereta Seasonal Subscription Box subscriber, you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Serenity by Sereta Seasonal Subscription Box. Serenity by Sereta Seasonal Subscription Box content is not for resale. Your purchase of the Serenity by Sereta Seasonal Subscription Box does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time. Should a violation occur, your subscription will be immediately canceled.
